Artist Statement
The things I make reflect my fascination with the sea, the macabre, the divine and the metaphysical. I make dioramas from paper cut-outs, tiny pen & ink drawings and recycled containers. I extrude my drawings in an attempt to give them life in our three dimensional world, which reflects the idea that there are two worlds – the one we live in and the one that lives within ourselves. I put ideas inside of other objects. I am self taught.
