		<description>Jim - the story says the broken pipe dates from 1956. The houses by the leak definitely were built 5 years ago in what was until then a wooded area, and the surrounding area didn&#039;t have city water in 1956. It would seem more likely that there was faulty materials or installation during the recent new home construction, or that the damage to the pipe occurred then.</description>
