Modify
A quick one for Illustration Friday.
I drew this last fall in out in my studio. I came inside to ask DD about something about paint and lost it. Coco found it last week mixed in with some art supplies. At the time, I was mystified, so redrew it and then proceeded to ruin it with watercolor.
Below is the unmodified version (which still needs to be modified) of the modified version. This is 5×5″, pen and ink.
Anyway. I lost my train of thought a long time ago.

They are all fantastic, as usual. I like the watercolor “ruined” one too. In fact, my eyes opened a tad wider when I first saw it.

Ok, how freaky that Adri is commenting here? Adri and I go way back from eBay. I guess it’s the 6 degrees thing. And she’s on Flickr, and we all are Frida freaks, so…
