These are some sketches (the last two literally sketched and painted in a sketchbook). All very rough,  I’m still just messing around with paint. The first two below go together – the second is kind of a close-up detail of the first one and hints at the  story.

The last two are sketches for other ones. Acrylics are making my sketchbooks a lot more interesting. And I learn something every time I touch a brush.

I’m feeling a little more confident with the pen nibs, although I need a better way to clean them.

All this lounging is making me sleepy, soooo – goodnight!
